Kansans for Life issued the following statement regarding the Supreme Court’s June 26 decision in Medina v. Planned Parenthood:
“Today’s 6-3 decision by the Supreme Court in Medina v. Planned Parenthood reinforces what we’ve always known: states have the autonomy to ensure abortion franchises don’t receive a penny of taxpayer dollars. All legal options should be pursued to protect Kansas taxpayer dollars and ensure authentic healthcare is supported.”
