Judge Kevin M. Smith will give an update to his August 2018 presentation, "The Foster Care System and What You Can Do to Help Kids in Crisis." Smith is a judge in the 18th Judicial District where he presides over juvenile offender and child-in-need-of-care cases. Refreshments are served. This is a no charge event.
