These Legislators Voted Against VALUE THEM BOTH
We were on our way to halting rampant abortion in Kansas this year.
Then, five Republicans and every Democrat in the state legislature voted against putting the VALUE THEM BOTH Kansas Constitutional Amendment on the ballot.
You were denied the opportunity to vote on the amendment because a small, but treacherous group of state legislators kept that right from you.

Thousands of beautiful babies are counting on your support.
The tragic timeline:
- April 2019: The Kansas Supreme Court ruled erroneously that the 1859 Kansas Constitution contained a right to abortion.
- January 2020: The VALUE THEM BOTH Constitutional Amendment was introduced in the Kansas Legislature to overturn the activist court’s ruling.
- February 2020: After all but one Republican senator voted to pass the amendment in the Senate, it failed in the House because four Republicans and every Democrat voted against it.
- July 2020: Your contribution will help distribute the KFL PAC 2020 Voter Guide to one million pro-life voters. We need legislators who will vote to place the pro-life constitutional amendment on the ballot. Then pro-lifers like you can vote to overturn this disgraceful Supreme Court ruling.
Remember these legislators.
And don’t let this stand!
These are just a few of the politicians who blocked your chance to vote on the VALUE THEM BOTH Constitutional Amendment to limit abortions in Kansas.
Kansas Republicans:

Jan Kessinger
(R-Leawood, Overland Park)

John Skubal
(R-Overland Park)
Three other Republicans who also voted against the amendment have announced their retirements.
Kansas Democrats:

Barbara Bollier
(Democrat for US Senate)

Tim Hodge
(D-Newton)

Kathy Wolfe Moore
(D-Kansas City)

Monica Murnan
(D-Pittsburg)

Jeff Pittman
(D-Leavenworth)

Jim Ward
(D-Wichita)
Every Democrat in the state legislature voted against the VALUE THEM BOTH Constitutional Amendment. Those pictured above are some of the key opponents.
